Ecstatic Dance is a sacred, soul-sparking practice. It frees the body, clears the mind, and builds inner awareness. Sound becomes the map and your body the guide. No steps to follow, no choreography—just you, your breath, and the beat. Join us as our speakers tells us why we should participate, and enjoy a little sample. You might leave feeling better. You just need to be willing to move.

  • Join your friends at the Conscious Awareness Network (CAN). Our Speaker Luncheon meets on the third Wednesday of every month 12:00am -1:00pm. All are Welcome.

  • Each month offers a different speaker on topics ranging from health, healing, self awareness, activism, and spirituality. Our intent is to Bring Like-Minds and Open-Hearts Together. There is no fee to attended. Donations are accepted.

  • Lunch may be purchased and enjoyed during the program.
